TRESAL salt light
Ingredients:
For the dough:
100 g flour
50 cc water
Tresal salt
Mix all the dry ingredients and make a well in the
middle. Pour the water. Knead for 10 minutes until
the dough is smooth and let it rest. Roll out flat
rounds. In a pan over low heat, fry them on both
sides. Set aside to cool.
For the stuffing:
Cooked chicken
Peppers sticks
Carrots
5 slices Port Salut low-fat cheese
Lettuce
Tresal light salt
Arrange the ingredients along the tortillas and season
with light salt. Roll each tortilla tightly.
Serve hot or cold.
