TRESAL coarse salt
Ingredients:
Carrots
Potatoes
Peppers
Broccoli
Pepper
Grated lemon rind
Bay leaf
Put a large pot of water with bay leaf to a boil. Place the steamer so that it may rest on the pot filled with water. Add all vegetables cut in irregular shapes. Cook until tender. Crush Tresal salt, pepper and grated lemon rind not too fine by using a mortar and pestle. Sprinkle on top of the vegetables.
