TRESAL coarse salt

300 g macaroni
500 g tomatoes
100 ml white wine
3 small onions
2 garlic cloves
Tresal salt and herbs to taste
Grated cheese

Fry lightly chopped onions and garlic; add diced tomatoes previously washed, and sprinkle with wine. Season with Tresal salt and herbs and cook slowly for approximately 20 minutes. Stir the sauce from time to time and add water if necessary. Heat a large pot of water to boil and add Tresal coarse salt and a drop of olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking. When the water starts boiling, drop the macaroni in and cook for 10 minutes. Drain the pasta. Put in a tray and pour the tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
