TRESAL fine salt

2 whole chicken breasts
3 ripe tomatoes
1 lemon
10 black olives
White wine
Spices and pepper
Tresal fine salt

Cut skinless and boneless chicken breasts into four pieces. Place on kitchen foil. Distribute the diced tomatoes on top of the breasts. Season with Tresal fine salt and spices and sprinkle with wine and lemon. Put the pieces of olives in each package and wrap. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle again with their juice and some oil and cook au gratin.
