TRESAL fine salt

5 or 6 tender squash
220 g sliced, soft-paste Cuartirolo cheese
25 g breadcrumbs
1 kg chopped tomatoes
2 onions
Tresal fine salt

Heat some oil on a pan and fry the peeled and finely cut onions lightly until golden brown. Add the chopped tomatoes, season with Tresal fine salt and cook for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and slice the squash and season with Tresal fine salt. Flour and fry them in hot oil. Drain. Alternate layers of squash with cheese and tomato sauce in an ovenproof dish. Finally, spread tomato sauce and cheese on top. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top and bake until crust is golden. Serve hot.
