TRESAL grilling salt
Season the pork with Tresal salt and pepper. Cut the vegetables in irregular shapes and put in a bowl; add oil, rosemary, thyme, pepper and Tresal salt and mix. Barbecue the pork and the vegetables until golden brown. Remove and serve with salsa criolla, a traditional Argentine sauce made with chopped tomatoes, onions and peppers, perked up with tangy red wine vinegar and spices.
